Boxing is a very popular class in Fight Club for all skill levels purely due to the high cardio workout and knowledge provided by our World class fighter and trainer, Pradeep Singh.

 

 

Boxing develops…

·         Principles that teach students how to correctly throw different types of punches

·         Footwork that is highly important as boxing is a moving sport, being taught how to be evasive while generating power and speed

This class structure ensures that no matter what your goal is, whether you wish to enter the professional field of competitive boxing or simply looking to get fit you will learn the correct techniques of boxing and get the most out of your training, get a killer workout and skyrocket your self confidence.
