This is what has made Kyokushin so popular and renowned for the impacts it can have on an individuals life, instilling in them confidence, self esteem and personal achievement. This is additional to the benefits gained through exercise. Kyokushin is not just an ordinary martial art designed for fitness; the principles behind its training are extremely practical and cross over to the development of self defence by developing personal strength through optional sparring provoking the growth of individual physical and mental strength.
The classes conducted at Fight Club seek to develop and introduce all of the benefits that Kyokushin Karate was developed for. Classes are broken up into beginner and advanced classes, based on this skill level. These classes are similar in structure however advanced classes go into much more depth and expose higher ranked students to greater depths of Kyokushin Karate.
