Enjoy Exercise - The classes are orientated around achieving goals with regular checks. 3 times a year there are gradings which help you test your ability and enable you to move up to the next level, eventually gaining an instructors level. We have regular activities to help you train and achieve the next level. You can actually feel, see and hear yourself as you see your kicks get higher and feel the power as you hear the sound.
Achieve - From the beginning of your first class you set out to achieve… from that better block to a higher kick to a stronger punch. As prepare yourself to achieve your first level change from white belt or singlet, you will watch in amazement as the higher grades execute their techniques and continually push through.
