2008 TIMETABLE
As you can see from all these classes we have a wide variety of styles at a time to suit everyone.
BREAKFAST CLUB 7am Monday to Friday - Kickboxing and Muay Thai & Boxing
This class will give you a fantastic workout and is the perfect way to start your day. By coming in early you will miss the traffic, have a great work out and some breakfast, all before starting work at 9. Your day will fly by as you feel more alert and energized after your high cardio class. Training in the morning will also free-up your precious after work time, so you can get home early or head out to your social engagements. Wednesdays class will be Sparring orientated giving students the opportunity to put their skills to the test in a controlled environment.
Lunch Time
Kickboxing/Muay Thai classes are held at alternatively 12:00 or 1:00 Monday – Friday, to cater for varying lunch breaks.
Boxing, BJJ, Arnis and Karate also have midday time slots for those that need a stress release from work. Check the timetable for a complete guide to these classes.
Evening
This is the prime time for training. Each of our 3 dojo's have full classes. There is a Kickboxing/Muay Thai /Boxing/Karate or Taekwondo class at 6:00pm and a second class at 7:30pm. These classes are taken by a various instructors, so you can be assured of a dynamic and exciting class each and every time.
Shoot Fighting, Arnis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu have classes starting at 7:30pm. Check which day suits you on our timetable.
Saturday
The 11:30am Kickboxing class is a great way to get the weekend started. The class caters for all students, from those that are just beginning right through to our advanced students.
Karate Kata class starts at 12:30, taken by either Shihan George or one of his senior instructors. They will show you the best techniques for performing kata's. The instructors will endeavor to enhance your understanding of the bunkai (explanation behind the movements).
The 1:30pm karate class is for all levels. It has a high attendance of students from other dojos(gyms). The combination of black belts, white belts and every level in between, training together is great experience for the lower ranks. It's a day where everyone encourages each other to achieve their best.
The Boxing class at 3pm is suitable for all levels and Kick Boxing is back on again at 3.30.
