KYOKUSHIN KARATE CLASSES

Kyokushin Karate, also what we like to call "The Rolls Royce of Martial Arts", founded by Mas Oyama, became the biggest single Karate Organization in the world with over 10 million registered members. As it is known as the strongest style of Karate, this style has trained some of the most dynamic fighters such as Australian legend Sam Greco, world-renowned champion Andy Hug, and Francisco Filio. A couple of great fighters among millions who have trained as a part of the strongest discipline in Karate.

Kyokushin does not just offer to make you a brilliant fighter as it also develops your character by building your inner strength, it is that strength that helps you at difficult times as it is also a structure of self-defence; giving you the ability to learn arm and wrist locks, chokes, takedowns, and etc. It really is training that will keep you and help you for a long time, stimulating your brain and offering you something new to learn every time.

As we like to say, Kyokushin Karate is not just training, Karate is a way of life.

We look forward to seeing you in our dynamic and exciting classes!

BOARD BREAKING

Kyokushin Karate is a Martial Art that prides itself on its practical style with dynamic teachings that allow students to demonstrate their willpower, technique, and mental focus.

Board Breaking classes are held regularly where students will experience the excitement of utilising their training to break boards while gaining self-confidence and increasing their self-esteem. Students will use their hands, legs, and elbows to break wooden boards, ice, bricks, and tiles.

"If you do not overcome your tendency to give up easily, your life leads to nothing."
