MUAY THAI CLASSES

Our Muay Thai classes here at Fight Club Melbourne are the most comprehensive and well-taught in all of Australia. Anyone willing to learn is welcome! We will provide you with a motivated, safe, and friendly environment. Our Muay Thai utilizes the art of 8 limbs. You are guaranteed to get a full-body workout in any of our Muay Thai classes as you punch, knee, kick and elbow your way to a fitter and skillful version of yourself.

The fitness level required for Muay Thai is something that all beginners work up to and achieve through regular training. We will teach you footwork, defensive techniques, punching, and kicking while also developing your fitness and confidence.

Once you develop an understanding of the techniques, you will be allowed to train in the intermediate classes where we will help you refine and develop your Muay Thai style further. After 3 months you will have the opportunity to take part in a grading system which will then allow you to become an instructor. We have instructors that trained in our gym so we can guarantee our teaching method is one of the best!

If you would prefer Kickboxing, we can also help to perfect basic techniques such as footwork, defense, punching, and kicking as well as help you to get your fitness up to insane levels!

HOW DO I START?

Book yourself in for an Introductory Personal Training (PT) session with one of our master trainers! We will spend the 45-minute session getting you prepared for your first class.

We will teach you how to execute the correct basic technique and help you feel comfortable with the style before attending your first class!

BEGINNERS CLASSES

At Melbourne Fight Club we have 3-4 classes a day from Monday to Friday and 2 classes on Saturday. You are able to train at your own leisure, or simply come in and use the full gym facilities, improving your technique and your fitness.

At Fight Club Melbourne our focus and priority is to give you the best results possible. We have designed an introduction Personal Training to session to prepare you up for class. During this session you will learn all the ins and outs about Muay Thai and gain a good understanding of the arts and in how to better your training!

We look forward to seeing you in class and improving your fitness.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

Here at Fight Club Melbourne, we have over the years developed a great structure to help you develop and progress.If you have trained from anywhere between 3-6 months, then you need to begin to look at the intermediate classes where the classes become a lot more practical.

Once you are ready for intermediate classes then you are ready to test your skills with a partner. Taking turns with your partner, you will throw combinations of attacking and defensive manoeuvres. Our instructors will advise you on how to improve your current technique and practically demonstrate what to do, and what not to do, enabling you to enhance your Muay Thai skills.

This is more of a practical class to give you a good understanding of practical Muay Thai & kickboxing in a controlled environment. Contact is controlled with no way anyone can get hurt. It's a fantastic way to develop practical techniques.

FIGHTERS CLASSES

Fight Club Melbourne trains professional and amateur fighters away from class. These fighters come together on Friday nights to improve their sparring and help the lower level students better themselves and their ability.

This class is for everyone with at least 3 months of training. The purpose of this class is to help you gain valuable experience without the fear of getting hurt.

We are here to look after you and help you achieve your goals for whatever they might be.
