Yes — our sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly and non-contact unless you choose to progress into sparring later.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely — we love when new students bring a mate for their first class!

Book yourself in for an Introductory Personal Training (PT) session with one of our master trainers! We will spend the 45-minute session getting you prepared for your first class.
