MMA CLASSES
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) draws on techniques from striking arts such as Boxing, Karate, and Muay Thai while also incorporating grappling techniques from Judo, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. All these Martial Arts combine into one single combat sport which has developed the ultimate fighting style to conquer all others.
This fighting style has been popularized by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and Cage Warriors.
Our MMA classes are suitable to all skill levels- from a complete martial arts beginner to an experienced fighter who specialises in several Martial Arts. Here at Fight Club Melbourne, you can develop your skill level regardless of your age, capabilities, experience, or current fitness level. Our instructors are unrivaled in their training techniques and with our state-of-the-art facilities, you will be an expert in no time.
HOW DO I START?
Book yourself in for an Introductory Personal Training (PT) session with one of our master trainers! We will spend the 45-minute session getting you prepared for your first class.
We will teach you all about MMA and the basic techniques to help you feel comfortable with the style before attending your first class!
