ABOUT ROOKIE TO LEGEND

Rookie to Legends gives you the opportunity to train like a professional fighter in a 10-week program. At the end of the 10-weeks, you have the opportunity to jump in the ring and have your first fight at a corporate fight night.

Think about boxers, Muay Thai fighters, they are very lean, fit and learn great skills and endurance. All that comes with hard training. This 10-week program gives you the opportunity to train like a fighter and change your lifestyle.

You will receive 16 personal training sessions as part of the program and will be training 5 days a week in boxing, weights, cardio, strength, and conditioning classes. You will be guided by your trainer through diet and nutrition while developing great mental and physical strength.

This is program is a great life experience that guarantees results. For our past legends who have completed the program, they have lost a minimum of 15kgs and continue to live a better, healthier lifestyle.

ANDREW HEENEY - Former Rookie to Legend

"There are things that we do in life that we will never forget and every now again you surprise yourself of what you can achieve when you put your “mind body and soul” into some dream goal. George Kolivos’s Fight Club “Rookie to Legend” challenge is one of these amazing experiences.

As you can see from my photos, before I started with Fight Club I was very overweight 107 KG and now 84Kg. When I first joined Fight Club, I attended the beginners boxing classes and additional strength classes. I loved every minute of it and my confidence was growing, I started to attend the advanced classes where I got the opportunity to learn sparring boxing skills.  After speaking with George in the gym one evening as you do, George mentioned the “Rookie to Legend” opportunity to train as a Pro for 10 weeks and have the opportunity to jump in the Ring for three short rounds in front of family and friends.  At the time, I had just attended a Fight Club VAMMA boxing event one Friday night and I was full of admiration watching some of my Fight Club gym mates (Fabio and Alice) compete in their fights and they were amazing. I initially thought no way I could never do that! Then I thought “Yes I Can” backed myself and I grabbed the opportunity to train like a Pro and best of all I got super fit.  I am fitter today at 47 years then I ever was at 27 years and mentally much stronger too.

The “Rookie to Legend” opportunity was an amazing experience as I had three PT Sessions with  Fight Club Pro trainers every week in addition to the classes so when it came to my fight it was really, really enjoyable, I could not have been more prepared and I loved being in the ring. My advice to anyone thinking of signing up is just do it as it is so much fun, a life time bucket list achievement you and your family will always remember for the rest of your life."
